Our Mission is to bring more educational and recreational opportunities to South Tillamook County and all who visit.
Our local non-profit has been active since 2011 producing a science camp for the local school system and developing a park.
NVCA has been designing & developing this 2 acre park since 2012; having produced a master plan & completed Phase I construction.
This local annual event is the primary fundraiser for the skate / bike park area of our community park.

Throughout the year, we have opportunities for community members to participate in our park and fundraising for our park.
We are a tax deductible non-profit and all donations go toward development and construction of our 2 acre park.
Our board consists of 5 members and we post our meeting minutes online so you can witness the progress we have made over the last decade.
We have produced 60 overflow parking spaces, a skate / bike park and will be building a playground, volleyball court, bocce ball and horseshoe pits and pickleball all across the street from Cape Kiwanda.
This annual surf contest holds a massive fundraiser for the construction of our skate / bike park element which will be completed in 2023.
